I redesigned the claims and governance process, developed a Business Intelligence dashboard, and streamlined collaboration between internal teams and external insurers. This work delivered: 78% operational efficiency gain in claims handling. Full digitisation of the property insurance renewal process within Northgate. A £1.2m uplift in recovery potential through improved recharges management. By combining business analysis, data insight, and stakeholder engagement, I was able to create sustainable improvements that directly strengthened financial performance and customer outcomes.
